I am working
non-stop just now in
the northwest part
of Mexico and
enjoying it so much
that sometimes I
don't find time to
even sleep! Many
nights I stayed up
all night just
writing about it
all. Here are some
of the lovely men's
experiences of the
Air Force to touch
your heart. As they
sure touched mine!
And with the most
beautiful humble
General I have ever
met yet.
It was truly a pleasure for me to take part in their process

Headquarters, as
well as the Military
Air Force Base
number 13 and its
attached
organizations.
You managed to
awaken and inspire
the interest of the
aforementioned
staff,which I
personally witnessed
through their
enthusiastic
participation during
the course of the
session.
It is important to
emphasize that after
the Healing and
Mental Relaxation
exercise,
improvements were
observed in the work
efficiency of the
participating staff,
as well as better
integration within
their particular
teams. Some
participants have
experienced enhanced
traits reflecting
greater inner
equilibrium allowing
them to now reason
better, and analyze
with greater
efficiency the
problems inherent in
their daily
activities, as well
as in their family
lives.

As a Medical Doctor I know that physical health depends fundamentally on ourselves living our habits in moderation and especially important is the state of harmony of our thoughts and minds. The day of the
session with Alexis
when she transmitted
her energy was the
most pleasant
experience for me as
it was something
really unknown and
new especially since
I consider myself to
be a person who was
already in contact
with my interior.
In a very short time I found myself thinking about thousands of good and bad things that had happened in my life (life revision) and I recuperated the capacity to see the difference especially where I found myself stuck by my own stubbornness.
The desire to cry passed thru my mind but I dont really recall if I actually did or not.
My hands felt numb which most likely was due to the energy of my comrades. Also in my mind I experienced a series of colors which Alexis explained in detail were from our Chakras aligning themselves.
The most unique experience I had was when I thought that my eyes were actually open but later I realized that they had been closed all along as I saw just in front of me blurry silhouettes of people walking around in a large room inside of a house. Then the image slowly disappeared. I would like to congratulate you Alexis as when you touched my head it was as if my eyes looked directly upwards and I saw a very clear bright light kind of like you were actually the sun and at the same time, I also felt an intense heat from your hands.
And since that day, I now have a different experience when I arrive home .
As I had recently been experiencing very difficult problems with my wife and on that particular day when I saw her, I immediately hugged her and I didnt notice until that moment just how much I had missed her. Not even 9 hours had passed since I had seen her, and I kissed her and I dont even remember why she had been upset but I transmitted to her what I had experienced that day in the session and I wasnt bothered at all by anything that she said as I wouldnt let go as I felt completely invaded by an internal peace that I still to this day experience!
Wouldnt it be wonderful if you could return again soon and we could all repeat the session!

Well to
begin with I would
like to share that I
didnt really
believe that what
Alexis explained to
us would actually
happen. But as we
began the breathing
exercise I began to
experience a deep
tranquility that
invaded my very
being until the very
moment that she
touched my head
which is when I
experienced the most
incredible sensation
that I had never
felt before and
moments later I
began to see a
violet light next to
a silhouette of a
man which emitted a
very strong presence
and from that moment
I no longer felt my
body ; only my head
as I began to
disappear little by
little.

In relation to the relaxation session given by Alexis in the Military Installation of the Military Air Force Base No.13, personally I have felt very significant changes since participating. One of the most important , being how I now confront my family differences as I find myself much calmer now which allows me to perceive with fairness and not exaggeration. Another change Ive noticed is in how I sleep now; with a much deeper quality of rest and without problems to begin the next days activities. In respect to my health my back pain that I suffered from has not re-presented itself since the session but its difficult to determine if that will remain permanently gone forever yet. I believe that this session offered an immense learning and life changing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is presented with the opportunity to receive one.

I
experienced a very
deep state of
relaxation, and I
clearly felt the
energy moving thru
each area of each
chakra and when we
reached the crown
chakra I saw the
color violet. Thank
you so much! I
suffered from a lot
of tension in my
lower back and after
participating in the
exercise I now feel
very relieved from
that pain and with a
deep peace in my
mind, an intense
tranquility and a
new feeling of well
being deep inside of
myself.

In respect to the relaxation session that we participated in at the Academia Hall of the Military Air Force Base No.13. I think that it was a very different experience for me as until then I had never had the opportunity to participate in anything similar to this.In particular I didnt feel any great change in any aspect of myself but as an experience I do feel that it is a very good idea to participate in these types of sessions as if they were to be offered more regularly like a discipline, I feel that people could experience significant changes.

It was definitely a unique experience and a very positive one at that. I had never lived anything like it before especially the nature and magnitude that I experienced.
I still am unable to explain with words exactly what it was that I experienced, as I can only tell you that when I heard my comrades sharing their experiences afterwards in the session, I also felt and saw many of the same things as they did; like seeing the colors blue and purple. And I also saw flashes of light like fireworks in my head. I also saw images of people that I wasnt familiar with walking just in front of me.
I wish to express to you a deep gratitude for this fabulous experience as from this day of the session, I feel completely different inside of myself.
