Positive Mind
Discipline: Needs to arise from your own heart, it has to be yours.

“Discipline” is a beautiful word, but it has been badly rated like all the other beautiful words in the past. The word “discipline” comes from the same root that the word “disciple”.
The root definition is: “a learning process”. One that is available to learn is a disciple and the process to be ready to learn is discipline.
A true man of discipline never accumulates; every moment he dies to all that he has known and becomes ignorant again. That ignorance is really luminous. One of the most beautiful experiences in existence is to be in a luminous state of not-knowing. When you are in that state of not knowing you are open, there are no barriers, you are available to explore.
Discipline has been badly interpreted. People have been suggesting to others that they need to discipline their life, to do this, and not do that. For me the meaning of discipline does not have to do with any series of orders. Your discipline must come from your own heart, it must be yours; and there is a great difference. When another person gives you a discipline it can never adjust itself to you; it would be like dressing yourself in the clothes of another person. As they won’t fit correctly, either being too big or too small, and you will always feel a little stupid wearing them.
A discipline is an individual phenomenon; whenever borrowed you begin to live according to fixed principles, dead principles. And the life is never dead; the life is constantly changing, moment to moment. The life is a flowing entity.
I teach about this moment and the freedom of this moment, and the responsibility of this moment. One thing could be correct in this moment and could be incorrect in the next moment. Do not try to be consistent, if so you will die. Only the dead are consistent. Attempt to remain alive, with all its contradictions, and live every moment without any reference to the past, nor either with reference to the future. You will find nirvana in daily life.
We have two hemispheres in the brain. The left hemisphere is the one of the noncreative mind. It is very capable technically but in which one refers to as creativity it is absolutely impotent. It only can do something once it has learned it: and it can do everything in a very efficient way, perfectly; it is mechanical. The left hemisphere is the rational, logical, mathematical hemisphere. It is the hemisphere of calculation, of genius, of discipline, of order.
The right hemisphere is just the opposite. It is the hemisphere of chaos, not of order; it is the hemisphere of poetry, not of prose; it is the hemisphere of love, not of logic. It has a great capacity for beauty, it has a great capacity for originality; but it is not efficient, it cannot be efficient.
The creator cannot be efficient, as it must continue experiencing. The creator cannot be based anywhere. It is always willing to take risks.
And always remember, the right hemisphere is the goal, and the left hemisphere is the means. The left hemisphere must serve the right hemisphere, the right hemisphere is the teacher; because you only make money because you want to enjoy and celebrate your life. You want a certain balance in your bank account to be able to love with tranquility. You only work to be able to play; as the game continues being the goal. You work only so that you may relax. The relaxation continues being the goal; the work is not the goal.
So what are the different means that we use to relax ourselves? Alcohol has been around for centuries but now there are many drugs widely available like: LSD, marijuana, cocaine, crack, etc.
The great attractiveness of drugs in the West only exists because the West has been successful in destroying the right hemisphere, because of the obligatory education. The West has become over educated; meaning that it has gone to the same extreme on the other side. Now it seems as if there is no other possibility…, the drugs are not going to disappear unless they are introduced in the universities, the college and the schools with some guidelines that can help the right hemisphere to revive itself. There is no possibility of prohibiting drugs with just a law. There is no way to fulfill this need unless the internal balance is regained again.
The attractiveness of the drug consists of one which immediately changes or shifts gears; from the left hemisphere the energy shifts over to the right hemisphere.
And once the person has learned the pleasure of drugs; it becomes very difficult to renounce them. The drugs can only be dropped if it is possible to find better ways to be able to release the creativity. Meditation is the best way; less destructive, and less harmful than any other type of chemical. In fact it is not only detrimental as it is absolutely beneficial. Meditation also does the same: it shifts your mind from the left hemisphere to the right hemisphere. It frees your internal capacity for creativity. The great calamity that can happen in the world through drugs can be avoided with one thing: meditation. There isn’t another way. If meditation is made more and more available and present and enters the lives of people more and more, the drugs will disappear.
And the education must begin to not be so against the right hemisphere and its function. If the children are taught that both parts are equally important, and they are taught to use both parts and when exactly is the correct moment to use which… There are situations in which you only need the left side of the brain, in that you only need to calculate; in the market, in the necessities of daily life. And there are moments in which you only need the right hemisphere.
In the education world, a true revolution must take place. People would not be forced or obligated, and the children would not be imposed upon with repetitive patterns. In what exactly does your education consist of? Have you ever noticed? Have you ever considered it? It is simply a training of your memory. And what you have learned? Information. Your mind is full of memory. You can repeat things; you can reproduce; as that is what your exams consist of. One considers you an intelligent person if you can vomit out everything that has been taught to you. First it is necessary to force you to swallow it, and continue swallowing, and soon after in the pages of the exams you vomit it back out again. If you can vomit efficiently, you are intelligent. If you can vomit exactly what they have given you, it is assumed that you are intelligent.
It is necessary to understand this: you can only vomit the same if you have not digested it, remember it. If you have digested it you cannot vomit the same; it could come out as another thing. It is a very regrettable subject.
The intelligent one is the one that does not fit in. Are you aware that Albert Einstein could not pass his enrollment exam? This is how creative intelligence is; it was difficult to behave in the same stupid way in which all the others were behaving.
In its moment, like a first approach to the act of being present, I recommend to people to explore Active Meditation, in which I experienced improved results, since in effect it creates its own discipline. This will be important to replace the experiences of the alcohol and the drugs. When they continue the search for altered states of consciousness, they can obtain spontaneous moments of ecstasy (classified as floating or leaving the body) and other experiences indirectly caused by practicing Active Meditation and receiving the Oneness Blessings. All are a result of intensely living whether it is dancing, walking in the forest or simply being totally in the moment; the present…

In fact anything can be meditation:
The secret is: de -automate.
If we can de-automate our activities, then the whole life becomes meditation. Then everything, no matter how insignificant it is - showering, eating, speaking to a friend turns into meditation. To meditate is a simple quality and therefore it can convert into anything. It is not a specific act. People think that to meditate is a specific act, like to sit facing east, and repeat certain mantras, to burn incense, and to do this and that at a determined hour in a specific way and with special gestures. To meditate does not have anything to do with any of that. Those are all automated forms, whereas meditation is contrary to all automation. Therefore, if you can maintain alertness, any activity becomes meditation; any action or movement will be of immense help.

The beauty of this process
Diksha=Oneness Blessing is a transfer of Divine energy which helps us to dis-identify from conflict and suffering, taking us to states of inner peace, joy, happiness and Oneness

Diksha energy is universal & useful in all spiritual traditions.
It enhances our ability to connect from the Heart with the Divine & with all of the people that we love.
Many report that after receiving Diksha = Oneness Blessing they experience healing on all levels, as well as powerful and ongoing spiritual awakening. Most people are seeking harmony and joy. We have discovered that it is possible for everybody to live in that state of inner freedom, even permanently.

Oneness Blessing initiates a process of awakening the Divine Presence within you; taking you towards Oneness, and enabling you to see the reality of what you are in every moment. Also healing your body, your relationships, and recognizing the divinity in the experience of the present moment….

Conscious awakening is the ability to see reality as it is, without the layers of interference and interpretation imposed by the mind. It is a simple neurobiological event, and can happen instantaneously.

Conscious awakening is peeling off the layers of interpretation from any given event. To the enlightened person, life becomes very ordinary. You walk, and you are walking. You eat, and you are eating. Enlightenment is not about having extraordinary experiences so much as recognizing that each ordinary moment is extraordinary in itself.

Before, there were a thousand interpretations in the mind for everything you experienced. Now, there is only the experience.

In this Divine state you consciously experience your divine self and become one with God. This can be experienced as a great explosion of love or joy, which is much more profound than any worldly pleasure.
When someone reaches this state of being, this connection with God, the Divine, the Absolute, they will surely have achieved the ultimate that being on this earth can offer.

You, your freedom and your liberation is what is most important to me.

Experiences
These are some experiences from the Mexican Armed Forces who have received
Diksha/Oneness Blessing:

Miss Alexis the truth is that I did not think that doing this exercise would enable me to forget my worries that I had especially the pains that I have in my physical body but I was very surprised when the result of that exercise we did relieved me of everything. I have forgotten my problems completely and I feel deep peace and harmony now and would like to really thank you for this as I really appreciate it as the truth is that what you do is very good and relaxing for all. And in truth I admire you for this “gift” that you have and I highly respect you for it.

It’s sure nice that we can turn the negative energy into positive energy to heal an upset or something similar and especially how the mind can alleviate certain pains and dis-eases of some areas or zones in the physical body and this is especially important for us since the work that we do creates tiredness, fatigue, pains or great discomfort in many parts of the body. Well, thank you very much and I hope that you will return again very soon as your session is very relaxing and de stressing as long as we put all of our effort into it so that in fact we can feel the peace that one feels with this therapy.
