BEFORE YOU ENTER THE
BODY, FORGIVE
The beauty of this
process
The beauty of
this process is
that it is so
simple, it
doesn't require
any effort and
it is available
to all of those
who wish to
awaken to the
great abundance
of Grace direct
from God. Diksha
is a transfer of
energy, a
phenomenon of
Grace, which
creates an
opening through
which you can
experience the
true desires of
your heart:
Love, God, Joy,
Peace, Healing…
directly and
completely.
Suffering is
caused by our
own resistance
to
experiencing reality
'as it is'.
We are living
the illusion
that there
actually exists
"a self" that
can in fact
control this
reality.
Also being
programmed
genetically with
a fear of
"death" also limits
us to
experiencing a
type of slavery
to that reality.
When this sense
of 'self' and
separation
disappears is
when we truly
begin to
actually live.
Diksha is a
transfer of
Divine energy
which helps us
to disidentify
from conflict
and suffering,
taking us to
states of inner
peace, joy,
happiness and
Oneness.
Diksha starts a
process of
awakening the
Divine Presence
inside you,
taking you
towards Oneness,
enabling you to
see the reality
of what you are
in every moment,
healing your
body, your
relationships,
and recognizing
the divinity in
the experience
of the present
moment….
You, your
freedom and your
liberation is
what is most
important to me.

Ramírez:
During the session
with Alexis, I
experienced
different reactions
that until then,
I had
never before felt in
my life and little
by little I was
slowly able to
understand them. And
now they have become
a normal part of my
daily life. They
consist of many
emotions that for
more than 11 years I
have not allowed
myself to feel and I
now feel like a boy
with a new bag of
marbles and I could
happily occupy
myself all day, just
with them!

Velasco: Today
I am happy,
because I finally
managed to
manifest a person
from my dreams,
one that I have
truly missed and I
find that I’m now
also able to
honestly give this
friend a true hug
from my heart. And
today I have
decided to focus
on the positive
and take the best
out of whatever
crosses my path as
I‘ve always said
that a future is
always based on a
forgotten past.
Each morning upon
awakening I now
choose: to be in a
good mood or bad,
and I find myself
choosing the first
option and every
day I hope to
improve more and
more since for me
it is not easy.
But I’m now also
trusting more in
God to help me be
better each day;
as today I dream
what I want to
dream, I go where
I want to go and I
now also know
exactly how I want
to be.

My
comments are
extremely
favorable
regarding the
relaxation session
that we
experienced with
Ms. Alexis who by
the way is very
pretty. Personally
it was very
interesting the
way that she
conducts her
session. During
her talk she
focuses on and
brings
consciousness to
the feelings of
joy and traumas of
each individual
person. I
witnessed this
especially
reflecting itself
at the end of the
session in many of
my comrades.

Padilla:
Personally I felt an
immense inner peace
and I now also find
myself with a new
power/ ability to
effortlessly solve
my problems that
manifest themselves
in the course of my
daily life. This is
something quite
amazing as
previously I found
it very difficult to
find solutions to my
problems...
During the
breathing
exercise, my body
slowly & deeply
began to relax
itself and my mind
began to clear
itself. I also
felt an intense
energy running
throughout my body
and when we laid
down, my mind
became completely
clear. When she
touched my heart,
I became totally
relaxed feeling
that I actually
left my body.

Hernández:
Upon entering the
conference I had a
headache,
backache, knee
pain, and an
overall great
tension. When we
began the therapy
I began to feel my
body relaxing and
my mind resting,
and then by the
end of the
meditation I felt
the change;
completely renewed
and rejuvenated
with a new energy
to do many things!
And all of my pain
disappeared!! And
that is my
experience.
BEFORE YOU ENTER
THE BODY,
FORGIVE
I felt
very
uncomfortable
when I tried to
put my attention
on the inner
body. There was
a feeling of
agitation and
some nausea. So
I haven’t been
able to
experience what
you are talking
about.
What
you felt was
lingering
emotion that you
were probably
unaware of,
until you
started putting
some attention
into the body.
Unless you first
give it some
attention, the
emotion will
prevent you from
gaining access
to the inner
body, which lies
at a deeper
level just
underneath it.
Attention does
not mean that
you start
thinking about
it. It means to
just observe the
emotion, to feel
it fully, and so
to acknowledge
and accept it as
it is. Some
emotions are
easily
identified:
anger, fear,
grief, and so
on. Others may
be much harder
to label. They
may just be
vague feelings
of unease,
heaviness, or
constriction,
halfway between
an emotion and a
physical
sensation. In
any case, what
matters is not
whether you can
attach a mental
label to it but
whether you can
bring the
feeling of it
into awareness
as much as
possible.
Attention is the
key to
transformation –
and full
attention also
implies
acceptance.
Attention is
like a beam of
light – the
focused power of
your
consciousness
that transmutes
everything into
itself.
In a
fully functional
organism, an
emotion has a
very short life
span. It is
like a momentary
ripple or wave
on the surface
of your Being.
When you are not
in your body,
however, an
emotion can
survive inside
you for days or
weeks, or join
with other
emotions of a
similar
frequency that
have merged and
become the
pain-body, a
parasite that
can live inside
you for years,
feed on your
energy, lead to
physical
illness, and
make your life
miserable.
So
place your
attention on
feeling the
emotion, and
check whether
your mind is
holding on to a
grievance
pattern such as
blame,
self-pity, or
resentment that
is feeding the
emotion. If
that is the
case, it means
that you haven’t
forgiven.
Nonforgiveness
is often toward
another person
or yourself, but
it may just as
well be toward
any situation or
condition –
past, present,
or future – that
you mind refuses
to accept. Yes,
there can be
nonforgiveness
even with regard
to the future.
This is the
mind’s refusal
to accept
uncertainty, to
accept that the
future is
ultimately
beyond its
control.
Forgiveness is
to relinquish
your grievance
and so to let go
of grief. It
happens
naturally once
you realize that
your grievance
serves no
purpose except
to strengthen a
false sense of
self.
Forgiveness is
to offer no
resistance to
life – to allow
life to live
through you.
The alternatives
are pain and
suffering, a
greatly
restricted flow
of life energy
and in many
cases physical
disease.
The moment you
truly forgive,
you have
reclaimed your
power from the
mind.
Nonforgiveness
is the very
nature of the
mind, just as
the mind-made
false self, the
ego, cannot
survive without
strife and
conflict. The
mind cannot
forgive. Only
you can. You
become present,
you enter your
body, you feel
the vibrant
peace and
stillness that
emanate from
being. That is
why Jesus said:
“Before you
enter the
temple,
forgive.”
