What a beautiful soul Culiacan has for a Mayor! I worked with him in his lovely city for almost 2 months with great success. And it is said that if you wish to know a person, just look at the people that he is surrounded with. Well, the support team that he has chosen, is a group of the most open hearted loving and genuine human beings that I have ever had the pleasure to spend time with. Words really fail to describe this special man who is truly concerned for the welfare and well being of the people in his city as he is accessible to all; making the time to listen and care for their needs. I can honestly describe him as a very noble and generous man and if there were more Mayors like him in the country; transformation would come sooner rather then later to the people of Mexico. Congratulations Culiacan as it gives me great pleasure to honor the people for choosing and voting into office such a fine and outstanding Mayor who genuinely lives from his heart.
